Software Update Instructions

1. Click on “File Manager“ located on the top left of the screen.

2. Navigate to the folder “/home/pi/Boarditto/app“

3. Download the software update file from the link we sent via email. Save this file into a USB drive and plug it into the back of the machine. Then copy the .tgz file into the folder “/home/pi/Boarditto/app“.

4. Right-click on the .tgz file and click on the option “Extract here“.

5. After file extraction is complete, drag the file with the green icon onto the desktop.

6. Delete the .tgz file.

That’s all there is to it.

Double-click the new desktop icon to run the newly updated Boarditto Software. It takes around 30 seconds to a minute to launch the program.

Note: The older version is still available on the desktop in case you still need it.
