We ship to many countries. You'll see a list during checkout. If your country isn’t listed, contact us at info@boarditto.com. We may be able to make special arrangements.

Shipping methods

The default shipping method is Hongkong Post Speedpost for international customers. We also offer express courier options (DHL, FedEx, UPS). All include tracking and insurance.

Shipping fees

Add your desired items to cart and proceed to checkout to estimate shipping costs after selecting your destination country.

Expected delivery date

The expected ship date displayed on the product or checkout page when you place your order is our dispatch target. The expected delivery date will depend on the transit time of your chosen courier.

Tracking and collection

You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your order ships. Monitor the delivery status closely and arrange pickup if you’re unavailable when the courier attempts delivery. In this case, a collection card will be left for you to retrieve the package from your local post office or express-courier office. Couriers have limited package retention periods.

Uncollected packages

Packages that are not collected within the retention period will be returned to us, and we’ll charge additional shipping fees for any return shipment to you.
