Customs, duties, and taxes


Your responsibility

You’re responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and import taxes levied by your country's import regulations.

Determining potential fees

Use a product’s Harmonized System (HS) code and country of origin on your local customs website to determine potential import fees or restrictions. The HS code is a standardized international system used to classify traded products. For Boarditto machines and accessories (feeders, tray holders), the HS code is 8479.89.92 (or the more specific 10-digit code 8479.89.92.00). The country of origin is Hong Kong (HK). Shipping fees are not included in the customs declared value.

How payment works (if fees apply)

Shipped with Hongkong Post: You’ll typically be contacted by your country’s postal service after your package arrives to arrange payment before delivery. Options usually include online payment (via link sent by email or SMS), Cash on Delivery (COD), or a customs bill sent after delivery.

Shipped with an express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.): Express couriers usually handle customs clearance and will bill you before delivery via online payment or COD.

Payment methods


We accept all major credit and debit cards. For orders placed with a proforma invoice, we accept bank transfers.


Shipping address modifications


Please contact us before your order is shipped. Changes are not possible once your order has been dispatched or prepared for dispatch.


Order cancellation policy


Orders can’t be canceled before the expected ship date under normal circumstances. However, we may consider cancellation requests if we’re unable to ship your order by the expected ship date.


Return policy


All sales are final. Due to the comprehensive testing and calibration required for the Boarditto machine and accessories before shipment, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on shipped orders. Re-testing and re-calibration of returned Boarditto products requires significant technical resources that we can’t absorb without impacting our ability to maintain competitive pricing and quality standards.
