Tray and Custom Feeders

Installation:

There are threaded M3 holes (grid of 80mm) on the base for mounting the tray holder or custom trays.

For custom trays, the pick-up height of your components should be 50mm (+/-1mm) above the base of the machine.

1. Mount the tray holder by aligning the knob screws with the corresponding holes on the machine and tightening these screws with your hands.

There are two configurations:

• Fully inserted: align all four knob screws with the outer mounting holes.

• Partially inserted: align two of the knob screws with the inner mounting holes.

2. Insert the JEDEC tray of components into the tray holder. The correct orientation of the JEDEC tray is determined by its chamfered corner, which should align with the same feature in the tray holder.
